Rockwell's funny shtick and the presence of the legendary Shandling - as well as Mad Men's John Slattery as Stark's father in some wry '60s-era footage - betray the director's comic roots History movies. Favreau even gives himself a small goofball role as Happy Hogan, an all-purpose sidekick to Stark, Natasha and anyone else who happens to be around. However, he doesn't bring back the endearing slapstick touch he brought to the original picture History movies. For TOY STORY 3, NEWMAN imports Latin elements into the project, which is new territory for the franchise History movies. While the added diversity of the music made for an initially entertaining listen, I found some transitions within some of the individual tracks to be very capricious, which plays out well on-screen when you have the visuals of the movie, but works against itself when it comes to a stand-alone soundtrack History movies. If anything, the randomness adds more humor and wit to the entire soundtrack than was meant to be conveyed along with the movie History movies. Keeping things interesting is Kurt Wimmer's (of Equilibrium fame) script, which keeps the mystery of Salt's intentions murky at best. Is this a case of mistaken identity? Or, is Salt a part of a vast (albeit ludicrous) sleeper cell of Russian agents? What gives it its emotional heft is the sense of expiry and mortality that hangs over it almost from the outset History movies. Woody (voiced by Tom Hanks), Buzz Lightyear (Tim Allen), Jessie (Joan Cusack) and the rest of the motley crew are on the brink of being separated from their owner Andy (John Morris) History movies. He's older now, about to leave for college, and even though he decides to take Woody with him for sentiment's sake, the game seems to be up: barely managing to escape being carted off on a rubbish truck, they wind up in a day centre for toddlers History movies. Salt (Columbia Pictures) is a movie that's almost impossible to review without blundering into the demilitarized zone between exposition and spoilers History movies. Just about everything that happens from the fifth minute on out is a twist, with so many double-fakeouts and reversals that you finally realize there's only one principle you need to grasp to finish the ride: Angelina Jolie rules History movies.
