Blanchett is magnificent, a tough, no-nonsense Marion who is every bit the match for Robin. Scott Grimes as Will Scarlet, Kevin Durand as Little John and Allen Doyle's Allan A'Dayle make up a strong trio of Merry Men Download The Town dvd. Also outstanding are Robin's elder protectors, William Hurt as the loyal but shrewd Sir William Marshal and Max Von Sydow as the wise Sir Walter Loxley, Marion's father-in-law. Issac is a bumbling whirlwind of self-doubt and massive ego as the new King John, with a regal Dame Eileen Atkins imposing as his mother Eleanor Of Aquitaine Download The Town dvd. Mark Addy has some amusing moments as the likeable Friar Tuck, while pure villainy is well-handled in this edition by Strong's slippery Godfrey and Matthew Macfayden's wicked but underused Sheriff of Nottingham, both terrific adversaries for our fair Robin Download The Town dvd. So when they are accidentally donated to a day-care center, overseen by a "nice bear" who "smells like strawberries," their dreams of having kids play with them seem to have come true Download The Town dvd. Between the events in the film's real world [a kind of shared waking dream to the audience], and the dreams shared by the film's characters, we could probably get into spirited discussions of the nature of the conscious and subconscious mind; the likelihood of any new technology being abused for the acquisition of wealth, and even all sorts of questions about ethics - as opposed to morals, not to mention many other related subjects Download The Town dvd. Or, we could also just let ourselves get lost in what is a joyfully weird execution of that film staple, the heist flick.
